    This class features a variety of different compound and isolation lifts, designed to help you develop a strong foundation to further build upon. We target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways and is suited for beginners, as well as experienced athletes. Get your day started right!

    Fundamentals

    New to the gym scene and unsure where to start? In our Fundamentals class, we will help you develop proper technique, movement patterns, and build a better understanding of efficient and effective workout routines.

    Elevated

    Feeling a little more competitive? Our Elevated class will contain more advanced movements with a range of time domains. Our primary goal will be to help you develop current skills, challenge yourself in a variety of ways, and build a better understanding of high-intensity interval training.
