Jesse Neumann

Jesse obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Phoenix. Having served in the CrossFit community as a coach for 5 years, he is your go-to person for proper lifting and exercise techniques. Jesse coaches group classes 4 days a week and creates the daily workout programming.

Heather Neumann

Heather graduated college with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health degree and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration degree from Liberty University. She is qualified to serve graciously as a health education specialist and is very knowledgeable in the areas of wellness, injury prevention, and disease prevention. She thrives in environments where she can encourage others to be the best version of themselves. Heather heads client engagement, member services, and community outreach.

Personal Trainers

  • Emily

    Emily graduated with a degree in Exercise Science: Fitness Specialist in 2017. She is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine in which she received her certification as an Exercise Physiologist. Emily has been a personal trainer since 2016 and began teaching group exercise classes in 2020. Her passion for sports has led her to enjoy sport-specific training as well as high-intensity training. Emily's main goal is to help others expand their knowledge in training, exercise, and overall health and wellness. She offers individual personal training, partner training, and group training.

  • Jesse

    Jesse is one of the owners of RZN Athletics. He has been coaching CrossFit and foundational movements since 2017, having helped countless individuals achieve their fitness goals! Jesse’s passion and energy surrounding quality movement and skill development allow his clients to be successful long-term. He offers personal training sessions for both individuals and pairs, as well as personal programming on a monthly basis.

  • Reese

    Reese graduated from Liberty University with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science. She has been a personal trainer since 2018 and has taught both CrossFit and Cycling. She has worked with a wide variety of clientele, from athletes with specific goals, to adults just kicking off their fitness journey. Her favorite part of being a trainer and coach is watching her clients gain confidence in who they are and what they are capable of. Reese offers personal training, partner/ group training, and individual programming.
